Esteem were the first SME to achieve Investors in People quality standard in 1992

Been on the Investors in People recognition panel and advisory body for Scotland since 1992

Developed Building a better business Toolkit and Group Scheme Model– the recommended route by IIPUK for SMEs to embrace the principles of Investors in People

Founder member and Chairperson of the Board for 7 years of Wellpark Enterprise Centre – the centre of enterprise development for women

Currently developing a Toolkit/development programme for Womens Enterprise for the DTI/SBS
