Angela McCusker BA, CA, MBA

Angela has over 25 years experience working in the private, public and third sectors. After
qualifying as a chartered accountant, she worked in the sports industry for 15 years, initially as
Financial Controller for Reebok UK Limited and latterly as International Finance Director for Ellesse
International Limited, part of The Pentland Group plc.

Since leaving Ellesse International, she has developed a portfolio of interests, including Non Executive Director positions including 6 years at The Student Loans Company. She has worked with many Boards of Directors facilitating Strategic Planning, and working with them through coaching and mentoring to help them implement their visions. She is passionate about leadership and is at the leading edge bringing values based and mindful leadership to her clients.

In 2006, Angela set up Pilotlight Scotland ;a capacity building charity in Scotland. Within 6 months of launch. She had the majority of the corporate sector in Scotland as clients.

Angela qualified as an executive coach with The Coaching Academy; she is a dynamic and inspirational coach using her unique combination of commercial experience and personal development skills. She is also passionate about her own development, and is currently undertaking an MSc in Mindfulness with Aberdeen University.

She is a highly experienced facilitator of Leadership Development Programmes and recently took a Leadership Programme to Northern Kenya to help build local skills with the aim of creating sustainable organisations.
