As one of few people in the UK to hold an MSc in Corporate Leadership, David has successfully led both in the private and public sector at Managing Director and CEO level.

Within the past 15 years, David has:

• Been MD Europe for an award winning computer and telecoms company.
• Been CEO of one of Scotland’s most innovative Enterprise Companies.
• Developed the microelectronics, optoelectronics and commtechs super-cluster.
• Led the £11m Broadband Scotland Initiative which, in partnership with BT, succeeded in achieving 100% broadband coverage throughout Scotland.
• Led the Waterfront Development in Dundee, successfully returning RRS Discovery to it’s Dundee origins.

David joined Blue Horizons (Scotland) Ltd in April 2007 as Director of Development.  Specialising in major project development, David is now also leading the development of Culture Pulse®, Blue Horizons trademarked product aimed at measuring and improving the culture and therefore performance of business and organisations.
