Leadership Mentoring

Blue Horizons Managing Director Jackie Waring is a highly qualified specialist in leadership. She is also an expert in diversity and women’s enterprise and regularly works with government, corporates and other organisations to help promote diversity in the workplace as well as enterprise.

Jackie has a Masters in Corporate Leadership (with Distinction) and was originally trained and assessed as a mentor by the Scottish Leadership Foundation. She is now a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is a founding member of the Scottish EMCC Network. She has been formally mentoring senior men and women within both the private and public sectors since 2004 and increasingly works with senior women; helping them to progress in their organisations.

Blue Horizons is also able to offer business coaching and mentoring through the wider team.
